Since originally founded, the company has obtained a reputation throughout the world as a manufacture of high quality fire extinguishing and suppression equipment. Later acquired by Wormald and then Tyco as the result of Tyco’s acquisition of Wormald, Ansul has consistently maintained a quality record that other companies strive to attain.

Carbon Dioxide systems have been extinguisher fires longer than any other method of gaseous extinguishing agent.

Ansul provides a low pressure system in a Mini Bulk arrangement and Bulk Arrangement. The Mini bulk arrangement is available with many cylinder storage capacities. Bulk cylinders are also available with a range of capacities.

Ansul also manufacturers a line of high pressure cylinders ranging form 25, 50, 75, 100, and 120 lb capacity. That’s right, 120 lbs larger than any other US manufacture. In additions to the standard paint coating on the cylinders, a corrosion resistant paint is also available.

The Ansul equipment is UL listed, and US Coast Guard approved. Additionally the systems have received Type approval from the American Bureau of Shipping for use in offshore installations.
