- Semiannual inspection and repair of Halon, FM-200,
FE227 (the other FM-200), Inergen, CO2 systems, commercial
kitchen hood suppression systems, and grease cleaning.

- Quarterly, semiannual, annual, and 5 year fire
sprinkler service and repair.
- Backflow prevention certification, testing and repair.
- Annual inspection of portable and semi-portable
(i.e. wheeled) fire extinguishers and rental
of wheeled units.
- Annual inspection and repair of fire alarm and voice
evacuation systems.
- Quarterly calibration and repair of gas detection
systems as well as rental of gas detection systems.
